ARTSCOOL is a one-of-a-kind creative workshop series for budding artists of all ages

Learning technique
Loving the process.

LEARN FROM A PROFESSIONAL, WORKING ARTIST IN A REAL STUDIO

All ARTSCOOL classes are led by Jill Hotchkiss — a professional artist with over 15 years of experience in fine art, design, and education. Her background includes gallery exhibitions from New York to Miami, large-scale public art, and collaborations with leading design and architecture firms — all of which is woven into ARTSCOOL’s programming, inspiring and informing every class.

ARTSCOOL’s unique structure offers immersive, real-world technical instruction inside a working artist’s studio. Students develop strong foundations through thoughtfully sequenced, multi-step projects that combine essential skills, high-end materials, integrated art history, and bold creative explorationempowering them to experiment, make independent choices, and express themselves with confidence and fearlessness.

Creativity isn’t just taught —
it’s lived.

ARTSCOOL is all about:

Artistic rigor

Real skill-building, multi-step projects, technical instruction.

creative freedom

Room for experimentation, individual expression.

Studio setting

Led by a working artist in a real studio, not a classroom

Class Structure

01

We believe learning the “how to” is the first step in laying the foundation for true self-expression.

02

We emphasize process over product — with purpose. Students don’t just learn how to use materials, but why their choices matter

03

At ARTSCOOL, we’re not just teaching kids to make art — we’re teaching them how to be artists.
